[TI] Map screen log in Problems

I play on several servers. In the past couple of days I've been having the same problems crop up.

1. The back page loads as it should.
2. Hit Start button and it loads to the next stage
3. After pressing the second start connection fails and a screen comes up like the timeout screen press load and it comes up again repeatedly.

This has happened on US3 and US4

I'll update when it happens on other servers.

Sometimes it is just a nuisance that goes away after ten to fifteen minutes other times it happens all day!

Could you please log off and clear your cache/flash and relog into the game? If you are still experiencing this issue have you tried using a different browser? If the issue continues could you check for the latest browser update? If the above have not helped could you please reset/unplug/plug in your modem?

 

@Deter I have been experiencing this issue about 0030 PDT on US3 the last few times I needed to access the maps to complete my Skylab Transfers. It is like the server is doing a reset or having maintenance done to it. However, I do not believe they are doing maintenance every other night. It will take 2-6 attempts to load the client before it finally connects properly. Just giving you some information to help locate the issue.

Happened to me this am.

I had just been in and went to back page to check something logged out of game page. WHen I logged back on to game page. I got the connection error!

 

I am starting to see this every other time I log in, it no longer just happens near the midnight hour, I saw it at 0830, 1630, 0030 (+- 30 minutes) and usually just need to re-Start the connection. "New Connection" does not fix the issue, you have to return to back page and hit the "Start" to get past it.

 

This has become a typical intermittent problem! It happens like the other person said all through out the day on US3. I have cleared cache and it happened immediately thereafter. Getting logged in is basically a crap shoot! rrrrrrr!

 

Once again this pm. tried to log on , connection lost, logout, log on, connection lost. WHY is this happening on US3 only?

I get in and went to hades thought i was waiting for players find out i was lagged out so 5 minutes to restart do it all over again now am on second wave of hades but every time i enter i lag out and have to relog get kicked to 1-1. Everything on back page won't load takes sometimes 5 times to enter hanger
