    Buona sera

    I have a problem
    Today when I try to end my daily tasks when I enter map 2.7, 2.2 and 2.1, this is what happens to me

    im having the exact same problem. At first i was online completelly normally and since i jumped from 5-2 to 5-3 i have lost connection and havent been able to reconnect for at least an hour. I tried connecting to a different server and there seemed to be no issue. I am only expiriencing this problem in global europe 6, which unfortunatelly is the only server i ever play in and i was stacking up to do a gg zeta today. But looks like bigpoint didnt want me to..:(

    is anyone aware of how long this is gonna last? Is there any possibility that the issue will be solved throughout the day?(or at least before midnight)

    ofc will stuck again every sunday the same problems you cant jump portals also x1 home map no way i cant do nothing even gg is not possiple :(

    So its a repetitive issue? Then i guess bp should already be aware of it but choose to do nothing and just add more profit events.
    At least im glad there is some support over this issue in the forum.

    Hello Everyone,

    If you all could please edit your own post to provide their userID and server so we can forward this information along to an open investigation it would greatly help. It seems to be affecting Global Europe servers at the moment.

    Hi All,
    I am BKpozitv MCPK on GE6. id: 69009582

    I'm experiencing exactly the same problems:
    - cannot jump through portals
    - the jump to mother base keeps hanging forever
    - later, trying to conect (reconect) to client, the connection info dialog keeps running for minutes, hours, ...

    It seems to happen most on Sunday evening.

    Please repair ! Thanks.

    Can confirm also stuck on Global EU 1
    - Can use items and shoot objects
    - Can switch maps with advanced jump cpu
    - Can't use jumpgates
    - Can't logout
    - Can't swap ships
    - Can't use jump-cpu 2
