[TI] Multiple Game problems

from the last e-mail I received I was told that these were just minor little problems that the DEV team was working on - Well are you DEV team working on these - has this game gotten so big that the DEV or Programming teams can't keep up.

anyway until some of there "TECHNICAL" problems are addressed, I wont be doing much on this game.

These (according to you) minor problems are really getting to annoy me, like losing my rank, losing my kills, ammo not being credited to my account, and now not getting my 5 day login bonus for yesterday and today, that's 23.04.2017 and 24.04.2017. I Earned these awards and titles. Please tell me why they are not important to you, like you said in the last message you sent me. They sure are to me. and this problem is getting worse. I think it's time to quit worrying about new stuff for the game and get your programming department to concentrate on fixing what we have.

23.04.2017 - 20:21 Day 1 login bonus received
22.04.2017 - 08:44 Day 5+ login bonus received

 

I am going to assume you are playing a US server. You will have to look at the time for that server as they, all 4, are off. That explains your login bonus problem. It is a time problem that they are supposed to be fixing.

While there are still some lingering issues, please keep in mind that the Development tech team are working each time to fix these issues. As stated in their latest developers blog the technical issues will not stop the development team from rolling out more events and new content to the players. For your Bonus log entry it may be that you did get the bonus reward, but it was not listed. Should you feel you have not we ask that you please contact Support.
