    You could contact support for your problem and give them your public IP address so that they could fix the issue.

    Hey there @termcm - could you give us a few more details? Screenshot of the chatbox, UserID + Server, and have you tried clearing your cache / cookies?

    yes, I have cleared my cache / cookies. ID 167848513 us1, The chat screen has no information on it. I don't know how to do a Screenshot. sorry, thanks for your help
