[TI] Need help changing email - can't access it anymore, wrong thread?

  1. Pls move if wrong thread, I'm desperate for help.
    I need help changing my email that's linked with my account because I can no longer access this email (it was deleted some weeks ago and I was unaware because of viruses and spam being sent out from it). It's a really old email from several years ago, I quit playing for ages (since around 2010/11, and now I need to change the address. I can't contact support because the email is attached to my account, and cannot access it. Really I'm so stuck on what to do now.

    Unfortunately you will need to Contact Support regarding this issue. We know you're concerned the Support response will go to the registered e-mail on the account, but it may help if you create a new e-mail and Contact Support through that e-mail with ALL the necessary info of the Account such as your Username, UserID, Server and the registered e-mail on the account. Support will ask further questions.
