    "The connection to the server was lost"
    This message appears every time I log in or click on "reconnect to the chatserver"

    It's been happening for almost a month now. Tried Google Chrome and FireFox
    Strangely, I don't have problems when using the same laptop over (some) different internet connections.

  2. You will need to email support. They will reply with instructions on how to find your IP address, and you need to send it to them. They'll have it fixed up in a day and you'll be good to go.
