[TI] Once again...

    I try to go to my skylab and it takes foorreevveerr. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's blatantly obvious that this "migration" should have been better thought out. Then, i try to do an upgrade in the last 3 minutes of the upgrade hour, and because of the slowness of the back page, i get charged full price for the upgrade. But, mega happy hour is working fine, go figure.

    This is absolutely atrocious and unacceptable. When is darkorbit going to wake up and smell the burnt toast. It is getting worse, not better. It just doesn't appear that anyone at bigpoint gives a rip about how they treat the people who sign their paychecks. Sad.

    And, I can't even send a support ticket: "Bad Gateway". hmmm

    I know slightly off track but when was upgrade hour? Server and time please...

    But on your problem, I probably should wait for the server name but my access seems to work fine.

    Can you mention your server?My skylab works fine on GE4 and GE1.

    He might be on GA servers because those were the only servers affected by the data migration.

    US servers were also, making me thing he is playing an east server based on the time of the post. I found upgrade hour an hour late on the west server, but glad I found it. I don't seem to have the issues being claimed but DO has had some issues with certain ISP. My access got better when I had my ISP come check out my connections. Other things that help is limiting what I have running on my tablet. Running several resource hogs at the same time can massively cripple the game experience and the more updates that come put for a computer and software, the most things that seem to want to run at the same time. Security updates, I understand, but if Adobe sends out a new ability for Flash, suddenly everyone wants to use it in the game, slowing down game play. I would also question if the OP had updates running in the background. I normally put a halt on updates running while I am playing. In the mornings I will usually do an update check before getting on the game since updates running when I want to play just make me crazy.

    Hello Putteringaround,

    Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. Have you cleared your cache/flash? Have you tried using a different browser or resetting your modem/router? Please let us know which server you are playing if you are still experiencing this issue.
