[TI] Please Explain This

Okay so we all know there are problems with the Pay for View System and the videos have not been working properly.

Now instead of giving us FAILED Videos they give us;

We're sorry, but there are no videos available right
now. Please try again later.​

This is happening on every Video attempt I do whether for E E or "Skip 45 minutes". I first saw this happening yesterday afternoon and find it again this morning. I have now used 16 attempts to reduce my transfer to get this message 12 times and receiving the one below the other 4. I had 1 of 4 morning viewings (yesterday) pay me and 3 videos that are NEW that failed to give me any reward

Can anyone explain why this is happening NOW?

just after opening the SkyLab window. After contacting Support they say they have nothing they can do for you, so obviously the last line needs to be removed.
