[TI] please fix UBA

    hi,
    i been looking for 1 vs 1 and im trying to get better in 1v1 but UBA got many problems.
    firstly, when i go and enter the map it take awfully long to actually place me on the map. not even kidding, last time i was spawned when only 6 secs were left and i just gave up.
    secondly, once we finish our first round and usually im in drill or diamond formation but i dont get time to fully repair to my ring and i know its supose to be fair for both of us but in second round i usually end up like in the middle of the fight and i have no choice but to die because this time in not only in a bad formation but also the map dont show me a countdown but rather just let jump straight to a fight.

    i dont know if its my computer or something but i just cant play it, i seem to take long just to get placed in the map and once im there, i simply cant fight because in second round im already half way of my hp until i see the fight take place, like i dont even see the ring where we are suppose to be placed before the fight and the countdown takes place.

    There was a recent Hotfix for the UBA, we ask if you are still experiencing this issue?

    Today was my first time I tried UBA,
    And already got disappointed, as I search for queue, I found a match, and as it load to take me in pvp, it disconnect right before the map even loads this happened 3 times inrow, and it takes just way too much time to load, no kidding I only played one match and I lost it cuz it was loading so slow, got no connection issue or hardware issues.

    What we are asking is when a play is having an issue with the UBA, that they do the following:

    Send in a support ticket with the following information;

    Ship name
    User ID
    Server
    Date and Local Server time of occurrence:

    Description of issue:

    Where you stuck in the UBA:

    Did You loss Connection to the game:


    Once you make a support ticket it will then be report further to the DEV team so that an investigation can be be done.
