Hello all,

Thank you for providing us with further information on this. The issue has been reported to support to be looked at but it does appear to be purely a visual glitch and you should not have lost any minutes that you had accumulated.

To check how many minutes you do have, simply try adding more seprom or promerium and momentarily the number of minutes you have remaining will flash.

We can only apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue whilst a solution to the issue is found.

Ok folks here we go with a new glitch. I am sure we all remember the shield glitch(Having to change configs to get shields to right setting) well now we have the pleasure of doing the same thing for the speed gens. If you don't change configs your ship crawls through the maps. Why so many glitches and why so long to fix them??

 

What I find weird is that it does not affect everyone, and not everyone on an entire server. This affects me on one out of six servers but I am seeing here in forums that others that play on my other servers are having the issue.

 

Totally incorrect.It is NOT just a visual problem.Had a debate with support and you do lose sep and prom. Logged in yesterday and 32k sep was gone and shields dropped 100k. After adding sep sheild went back up 100k. Was told it was fixed and this morning logged in and all prom and sep gone again. Support says they have no control and it is turned over to the game team. Another pass the buck excuse and I as a customer gets screwed out of over 3mil sep and prom since this happened with no compensation. Not spending another dollar on this game and tired of very poor and arrogant customer service. The more improvements that are done the more problems that start up. Just stop already.Tired of playing in almost empty maps.

I have read this thread in its entirety, and I am also aware that many feel that this is not merely a visual glitch, those who have taken the time to contact support should know that they too have also reported that this has been passed on, and the system for this particular issue is not something that support can alter.

We do understand your frustration, however please keep in mind that the members of the moderator staff are here to do the best they can to offer you as much information, relay in game issue and assist you to the best of their ability. They however cannot make changes to the game as it functions.

Sorry but it isn't visual, if they don't show they don't give you the boost, you have to add 1 like you say, then they show and they work. It's really frustrating when you are in a g8 and run out of prom, only you haven't, it doesn't show so it doesn't give you the boost. The game isn't working correctly, I appreciate that as mods you can only pas on the information, however you are the interface between us, the players and support/developers. Rumour has it that everyone is too busy on the 3D to bother ?
