[TI] QUEST - Approved Target 5-3.

Hi guys,

I'm currently doing the quest mentioned above in 5-3. its not a do in order quest so i'm a bit confused. I have just killed 2 x ageis in that map but the didn't count for the quest? my quest giver was logged on to that one so the kills didn't register onto anything else. So i'm thinking it may be bugged?

The kills have shown up in my log. Please look into this as I only play for quests and if they don't work then wahts the point.

I've had some missions where it was just some normal kill enemy targets and I haven't gotten the kills scored in it yet. So it's definitely something that happens to everyone. as for the bug itself it's probably a calculation bug since it doesn't add it. Simple bug but annoying one.

 

its a ship bug that been this way since the hanger change you cant kill and skill designs of any ship they have to be normal ships so say it this way

you have a quest for nme golis venom, speccy, sent, dim do not count to goli quest as the are not classed as golis same with other ships they are classed as there own/skill designs

 

Best thing to do is keep track / a log of all your kills for the mission and send a copy to support. they can add them to your kill count towards the mission.

I read this somewhere, don't remember where but I believe this is your option until this is sorted.

PS: I use a note pad and copy paste them there. Then send copy to support.

only you get count when you kill the basic ship not design if you kill aegis vet or aegis elite it is not count as kill all you need to do is kill basic ships only don't kill designs

 

After 6 monthe you would have thought they would have corrected this issue, but then why fix the MAIN attraction of the game? OH THAT IS RIGHT, you would HAVE to care about the game to fix it. PvP Quests have been a problem and many players only have these quests to be able to do so they either become Galaxy Gate Farmers or don't bother playing as they don't have any other quests to do and just grinding NPC's for no reason is really boring, it is bad enough when you have a goal to work towards let alone just for something to do.

 

The way i understand it is:

If you kill an aegis ship.. no matter the design put it into a file. Send the kills to support and they will ADD the kills to the said quest on your account. I understand this is being done until this ship quests / missions problem is fixed.​

Just something I heard. Would be nice for an Admin to come by and clarify this

YES it would be nice to hear that, as the multiple threads opened on the subject have been closed with the statement "we are aware of the problem and ask your patience while we attempt to find a solution to the issue", it really is too bad we can not get straight answers to any of the problems that are created by the UPDATES made to the game.

Thank you all for assisting the user with their concern. The Dark Orbit team are aware of this issue, unfortunately there has not been a fix yet. They are looking into this issue, but no Fix date has been announced. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
