[TI] Quest not loading

    Unable to accept normal qst, i can accept daily qst.
    The qst i am looking at are not "old qst" that have been completed.
    I am looking at new and current qst, the "accept mission" tab dose not turn green.
    Yes im high enough level (23)
    yes i have cleared cach/history
    Yes i have restarted pc ( several times)
    As i have enough slots
    As i said i can accept daily mission, but not normal mission, such as 20 enemy Spear.

    Could you get a screenshot of the quest page where it shows the accept button greyed out?
    Also can I get the following:
