[TI] R-Zone broken

It's been 3 weeks since I could last do anything whatsoever in refractions - as soon as I enter the map I keep getting disconnected every 2-3 secs and literally cannot even move; It's really frustrating as I can't finish my daily quests there so I'm hoping the team can have a look into the matter soon

I've tried doing what you suggested and there seems to be no difference whatsoever; as far as I'm concerned other people are experiencing similar, if not the same, issues, at least judging by other threads on here. This has been a problem for pretty much just the last 2-3 weeks - prior to that everything seemed fine, at least a good 90% of the time

I am currently stuck in the Refraction Zone. User ID 53766445 US West 3/16/17 1553 pm server time I have enclosed a screen shot of what the mini map looks like. I can not fly past what appears to be a fenced off area. I have tried to change ships in the hanger and each one (3) now have been in the same type of map. Please address this asap as I have boosters, rebate and premium timers going. Thank You

 

I am having the same issue. as soon as i enter i constantly lose connection also the same with 1vs.1 please fix this.

 

Same here boys and girls. Once I have logged in I have to click exit which takes 5 seconds before I loose connection again.

Following up here, could you please let us know if you are still experiencing this issue? If so, which server are you experiencing the issue on?

 

same, US2, can enter and see some ships that start disappearing over several minutes, but no movement. Switch configs, HST does not reload as it would normally. It's like there's no data transferred. I tried 'logout' instead of 'new connection' once and loaded a different ship in 5-3, pali showed on screen, but mini-map showed me in refractions outside of the map in blank space. Had to return to original ship and 'exit' out of refractions before my other ships worked. Checking refractions every day or so to see if it's fixed, but mostly staying away from it for now, something is very wrong.

While I cannot say that the issues have been completely resolved, at least I managed to actually spend some time in refractions, unlike the last month when I would get disconnected every 5 seconds - the lost connection window would still show up once I entered but only then; The main problem was that data transfer would still take a while (switching configs and drone formations were taking really long on a few occasions) and I'd practically get shot down instantaneously (I was aware of being shot at but since no damage being taken was shown I just assumed my opponents were missing)
To recap - I'm pleasantly surprised to see progress on the matter but there are still things to be taken care of
