[TI] Rankpoint Issue

Hello,

Currently there seems to be NO Chief Colonel for MMO on Usa(West).
The previous Chief Colonel was banned and has been gone for over 2 weeks; now I thought maybe this was just gonna last a couple days but over 2 weeks is a bit ridiculous don't you think??

Since the 2 star is currently banned it should drop down to the next highest Colonel which for us would be in the 5,550,000 range.... so why is it not dropping and why does no one have a Chief colonel in mmo....

Was it a permanent ban, or only for a certain length of time?

I ask, because the same thing happened to the MMO General in GE1, and the Basic General right behind him kept his 3 star. It was not a permanent ban(it was about 3 weeks, i think), so the way I understood it is that since the player would be coming back, the rank was kept as normal, if that makes sense. I'm not sure if that's how it is supposed to be, but that seems to be the case.

I'm not that close to the current 2 star to know whether or not it was a permanent ban but from the last time i spoke with him he stated he wished to quit the game and that he was trying to get his ship ban so that it could be removed from the game instead of selling it or letting it take up a spot in the top 10.

We can only speculate at this time; but, if it were only a 3 week ban and he does not intend on ever logging back in the 2 star will remain on an account but his account will not be in the top user because, bigpoint has set it up so that you must login for your account to re-appear in the top user ranking after a ban....

Oh well; not much I can do but I hope the Chief colonel is re-assigned soon as im getting close to taking it myself

This issue seems to have resolved its self or support fixed it after 2 weeks finally
