can any mod check what happen with rocket launcher? for last 2h not work,dont want reload rockets automatticly,my chat not work for almost 1 month,not remember when last time count any ship kill for quest. and yes,i clean history and cacke,and update and.... so is not by me

 

I know you want a mod to address this but I can give the same information that they will give to you as I have dealt with these issues also.

For your chat you need to send a ticket to Support with;

Ship name
User ID
Server affected
IP Address as seen online not your computer

Does the rocket launcher load manually? This is done by clicking on the launcher and watching it change the boxes to the color of the rocket being used.

The PvP quests have been reported since the launch of the New Hangar and the change of designs to ships this is supposedly being worked on and they ask for our patience while they sort this out, but our patience is wearing thin since it has been nearly 2 months (26/27 May) and still no update of their progress, this since it is just making a code addition specifying what ships equal the ships being looked for to count for the quest, but instead they are trying to re-invent the wheel instead of making the game playable and fixing the underlying old code later. The only ships counting towards the specified kills are the Basic Ships and subsequent skinned ships, none of the Design Ships count.

So with my time in this bugged game i think that i know what need to be where,and what need to do. My rocket launcher not work for 3 days. manually load but automaticly not,rocket launcher is broke. i send message to support and they not answering for 3 days.
Astraea, you can go in my acc. Can you check whats happening? is no point play without hellstorm launcher.
PLEASE regular members DONT answering on this,im allergic when got funny answer from regular player and than MODS and other not act.
If is this section is for technical issues than please provide an answer by technically competent people

I thought of one more thing to check regarding your Rocket Launcher. Could you check to be sure the RL-LB1 Rocket Launcher chip is still on both configurations of the currently active ship? Its the one that looks like this:



Also, do you have enough rockets of the selected type to load. I assume you verified this, but again, just being sure you have checked it.

That mean that im even try sell,clean cache,restart laptop,bid new RL-LB1, and now delete cache,and update...... 3 days i cant play because without hellstorm im free kill,and my premium,rabat,box doubler....going. Did i deserve that after 7.5 years? I got answer from support and all others DO stuff clear cache,and look how look CPU looking? Is it problem in 3 day to someone check my acc and see whats wrong? right now i making new config to see if it will work.

 

well, when finish last post was start put stuff again, finished now.and test again,normal rocket shoot normal,hellstorm luncher noot.
What you think now many time i do that from last 3 days?
