[TI] Same thing 2 days later some more specifics may help

    Well 2 days later same thing.except most of the time i cant even connect to the game screen. Dont know if it will help but from the same log in i can change servers and operate other server ships with no issues. On one time when it did connect i was able to get out of the ship i was in and but the new ship was in 1-1 in a dead map again (no npc no ship equipment ect) . Thanks and good luck with the issue. If i notice any other specifics with the issue i will post them here

    I have the exact same problem...but they fixed it by sending me the automated e-mail....hahahaha

    Hello -Fishing-Kings-,

    As stated in your previous thread, we are aware of the issues regarding the lagg and users getting stuck in GA and GE servers. We have tried try to jump users out, unfortunately from past attempts this has not worked. The Global America server issues have been reported during the Easter Event and we are awaiting feedback from Support/Developers. Hate to say it but users may need to wait until the server restart to get unstuck or until the development tech team roll out a sync to fix the issues.
