[TI] Serious bugs

    Hello.First of all i would like to say not to rant on this thread if you want to write something.Bugs:
    1)I noticed that the DMG-BO2 and SHIELD-BO2 boosters that were given at 23 of December that they never expire.And that is pretty unfair for other players.
    2)I also noticed the past few days that as soon as i start the game i get a message "connection to the server was lost" and my chat goes blank.And no matter how many times i try to refresh the chat the message "connection to the server was lost" still pops up and i still continue to not be able to talk with anyone on the chat.
    3)Auto-refining raw materials doesn't work.

    As for the free boosters they are not permanent as they have a running length of time. You could look at it at Shop>Boosters>Damage and Shield Booster 2. From there you could see the time left for the boosters to be expired. Note that the timer only runs during your active playtime on the space map and may pause when you are either disconnected or logged off and the timer will run again the next time you play again on your space map. Logging in only at back page will not make the timer of the boosters run and this applies for the boosters 1 and 2. If you noticed the free dmg and shield 2 boosters are worth 4 days and 4 hours though in official announcement they are stated worth of 10 hours only and this may be the cause why these 2 boosters last longer.     Auto Refining works fine. You don't have Xenomit on your ship. You need that to refine further. If you tried to refine manually, you would have seen that. Also, I am assuming this is rhetorical, but are you premium?

    yep he is, bug 3 first picture link and yes the problem is that he don't have xenomit required to refine duranium and prometid into promerium.
