    GB1 is currently down or inaccessible my attempts to link to it just loop in the handshaking process

    Do you still experience this issue? There shouldn't be any actual server connection issues, so please let us know and we'll look into it further, and please include your User-ID should that be the case.

    Since approx. 5pm eastern standard time (1700 hrs) the following servers were not able to bring up a client screen:
    GA, GA2, GA3, US East (1), US East 3.

    However, GB2 and GE7 were working without the client screen issue .

    * Full cache clear and power reset were done.

    ** Update: As of 7:20pm (same day); still down.
    Please note: As of 7:22pm, the client screen did load. Thank you ! :D

    Further update: Although client did connect; many concurrent connection drops happen. 7:35 thru 7:38pm... re-connect was still in progress.

    I'll try again tomorrow.

    As of 8:00 am May 30, login and client screen seem good to go for me.
