[TI] Ship has been stripped of all its stuff (lasers,shields and CPUs)

Hello, PLEASE can anybody help??
I contacted support 7 days ago and not heard anything back from them on monday the 13th of june i was in the middle of killing an npc and my ship lost everything no lasers no shields no cpu's even my drones lost there designs and stuff.
I went to my hanger but it shows that everything is there all as it should be but when I log back into the game my ship is still stripped of everything. I've missed out on doing my gates this weekend my 50% EP days were wasted I'm missing all this football stuff PLEASE can anybody help me??? I cancalled my advantage pack and was messaged back right away why can't they message me back about this?

You probably accidentally pressed "c" button and you have only equipped your guns to one configuration. So just open Darkorbit and hit "c" and everything will be back.

 

OK I left this earlier as I couldnt think at the time... If what you are suggesting works Darkomaani. then the dal would then need to consider loading both configs also and then he would not suffer in the future

 

The last time I saw this topic posted it was a matter of only 1 config loaded, however, I have lost Keyboard Bindings and had to reset all of them manually. If both configs are loaded you might take the time to "delete configs" and reload everything as this may be what has happened here, some random bug removed the assigned equipment, in-game, and needs to be re-loaded. They were never able to explain why my Keyboard Bindings would continuously stop working and need to be Manually reprogrammed.
