    Hi .
    Thank you MOD_TOBY for reply .
    But i have to say my account :[HaLLeY]: it has been selected by mistake as inactive ,as i have been login in regularly to transfer seprom and do GG . Also a week before servers merged i bought Rebate pack ,Box Doubler and special deal on boosters . How this can be classified as inactive ??? I have been trying to get in touch with support but no reply .
    Any help or response from support would be really appreciated.

    You need to contact support by email.My co-leader was in same mess as you and by working with support, they solved his problem.
    This did take 2 weeks though!

    Hi Mate .
    I have been trying to contact support for the past 4 weeks but no reply . seems like dead end . Not happy losing account after 10 years :-( .

    This is a support matter. Nothing can be done through here. You have to remember that support has to address the thousands, if not more, emails they receive every day. Be patient.

    Also refrain from opening a new thread over the same issue. You were referred to support, end of story, you cannot discuss it here again.
