[TI] stuck on loading game client menu.

stuck on loading game client menu for 2 days, already clearing cache and data but no result.
try to switching into another server and it work. there's problem with asia1 server ?

 

Asia1 server is NOT a SUPPORTED server this has been stated for over a year and you play this server at your own risk. Not everyone is able to see this server and those who do should already know the server is not supported.

If you are in a different server now, STAY OUT OF ASIA1 as it is not supposed to be able to be accessed.

 

Hello.
Last week i bought uri on helix. I didnt recived uridium. Contacted support. Few days later i got credited 90k uri. But should of get 120k.
I couldnt use that uridium on cheap spins and double gates.!! Today i bought honor booster (bought 5 k uridium). Now i cant log in. Stuck on Establishing connection. I suppose i should quit giving Dark Orbit any penny. Everytime i buy something i get punished by DO!!

For starters if you already contacted support you shouldn't be posting in the forums also, and second next time create your own post instead of trying to steal someone's thread to talk about something else.

Firts read whole text white i wrote.. The problem now is same as thread is.. Stuck in loading game.. Just put the other problems here too.And if in forums you cant get any answer, offcourse i contact support. Next time i will just contact support (if there gona be next time). So next time if you try to be smart.. learn to read first !

 

Reads thread, once, twice, three times and realizes it started out being about an unsupported server. You post about a server that is supported, and is always having problems. However, it won't get thought about from inside this thread because as soon as a mod sees "asia1" in the first post, it will be closed. As HMHY stated, nobody should be playing it since it has not been announced as being open or supported. So glad I read the whole text *Firts*

 

Yes this thread should have been closed the day it was opened as ASIA1 is an unsupported server. It was created thinking they would appease the new owners but since they decided to MERGE servers though it was unwise to open another server.

Mods please close before this becomes a FLAMING thread.
