    Hi i'm stuck in gate jumping from 5-2/5-3 and i'm unable to reconnect after closing game window.

    could you take a look please.

    Could you please clear your cache? If you are still stuck have you tried using a different browser?'

    There are small tricks to get out of the stuck issue as mentioned above, but if you still have the issue you may need to wait for a while or until the server restarts if it is that bad. Ultimately contact support if it is urgent.

    Please let us know the status of your issue.
