[TI] Super slow main page..

Well thought all was fixed but today game went down again and now the main page is once again super slow. Like watching paint dry

Thanks for the 2k extra energy though, helped a great deal, built a couple gates and added some good ammo and "exeno", which seems harder and harder to get on the maps compared to before. No cargo from cubes now = no exeno etc.

Miss the days when could just go and purchase exeno lol

Sure would be nice if DO would post a list of their interpretation of what the current glitches are and a weekly summary as to what has been fixed.

I just read chat for an hour and was quite surprised to hear long time players (who have always been supportive of DO) now voicing very negative attitude of current state of affairs.

For example what is causing the above mentioned SLOW back pages.
Someone( in DO) must know?
An announcement warning that" hey the back pages will be slow on US server for a day or two as we are working on....."
Would be a positive move on DO's part.

The FREE gg spins are nice BUTT it is like giving candy to a spoiled brat so that he is quiet.
Just my humble opinion and please do not censor this, act on it.

It surely won't work on people who lost the double rewards from Kronos gate.

 

It's Friday, main page still pretty slow as compared to before.

Also another issue I've noticed a couple times but didn't really pay it any mind but now it is defiantly some type of issue.

Every time I go to the Uridium page and brows the different deals and things in the popup menu then X it off I am logged off of game and need to re-log again.

Yes, the main page on GA1 is very slow, it has been like this since the server fix they did... they call it "fix" but i have not seen anything fixed...(still unable to do gates on sunday, last sunday it was almost impossible to build gates due to very slow mainpage load)

 

GA1: Main page is super, duper slow. Took over 5 minutes for the daily log in bonus pop up to disappear.
Also, those wonderful gg spins you gave us? They don't work. I try to use one, and it resets to "0" spins without giving any reward for the spin I used.
Why does the game seem to bug out like this on double rewards days? Usually, when this happens, I can't get back on until Tuesday. When this happened during Easter, I lost two days of the free premium gift.

When I first used it reset to zero and it appeared all my uri was gona as well

But then I refresh the page and all was fine. Give that a whirl

Damn sometimes all you want to do is log on and play, but nope bigpoint servers decide they have another idea on their hands. Fix your [removed] the back page is broken and yes it is broek folks because its takes 5 minutes to load anything gee all i want is to play with no bugs is that too much to ask

 

Yes, I have found the back page to be slow. Not really sure if it is all related to the migration work though.
It was going slower for a couple of weeks prior to that announcement and I have noticed the back page drops out approximately every hour (between 50-70 minutes for a range of time it was seen to happen).

 

Logged on today and the back page seems to be back to normal. Will see how long that lasts today. Got another day off so will X my fingers can play today

Edit: Been playing for about 3 hours now and the back page has become quite slow again. I cleared cache and all the other tricks but it's still back to a slow go...

 

This issue started with the Secure Login Change. The NEW Security checks have slowed the entire server to a crawl and the more people playing the slower the back page becomes.

Surprised you were even allowed to stay logged in that long, I get kicked while just reading the Forums for more then 30 minutes.

 

Loading and trying to play is sooooooooo slow, and my PET will not activate.
Did I say it was slow.
Hope this issue gets fixed soon.

 

Wednesday evening and all seems to be working good.. still a slight lag on main page but not nearly as bad as it has been for the past few days.

Saturday now. I spend more time waiting for the main age to load than I do actually playing the game it seems.

Will you guys EVER fix this game? Will it be THIS year? Or is it just not that important to you anymore?

Can't fix a clock seems pretty pathetic to "us that do not know".
Nothing fixed in a week?
Should be a weekly summary as to what is being worked on and what has been fixed by the PEOPLE doing the fixing.
Not those who's job it is to give us " cookies and milk: to keep us playing/spending..........

Main page is slow and unresponsive today, too. Seems to happen on double gate days. If you know this, why can't it be looked into and fixed?

 

Pretty poor performance this game has become recently, well actually it's been a down hill slide since it was sold.

Truly sad when the great becomes less than acceptable.​

Reminds me of some other large firms out there, they get driven into the ground yet all the top executives still get their grossly large "performance" bonuses.

Sad all I will say, no sense talking bout it any longer. Obviously not much is getting done.
