    This is a random glitch with the forum that tends to correct itself, I have had the message in the past and found if I leave the forum page and wait a while it tends to clear the issue.

    Thanks USS-Aries , after spending most of yesterday reading threads ,posts and trying to respond to some posts and seeing that error message started to get nerving so I took a break came back and noticed that my comp had
    a smoother or steady fps . Thanks again .... Now I know :) ..... I consider this issue/topic resolved
