[TI] UBA glitched me out of the game I CANT PLAY!

    First off I wanted to say I have tried your support form and have not gotten a reply or a fix to my account!

    So I wanted to try out UBA to see what it was like so I entered the queue and it found a opponent but when I waited for the opponent to accept it ran out of time and then just stayed on my screen! I sat there for 2 hours not being able to shoot or do anything but move around! I tried to relog and when I tried to log back in it just stays on this screen.[​IMG]
    Now I lost my opportunity to use my Hades gate get then of thousands of points for space cup and loads of uri because of this. I haven't been able to play for the entire event.

    I need to be compensated for the loss of this time during the event. I could have completed the 150 PvP kill quest by now. I could have scored dozens of goals by now. But because of the ONE bug I have lost everything.

    If there is any way I can contact support directly I need to know how now. I am extremely disappointed and on the verge of just giving up on this game.
