    When I'm trying to log in into my old account, this happens (The page's title is "403 Forbidden")

    I have already sent a ticket on DO's support page, but nothing has happened yet (It's been 2 days since)

Please allow up to 48 hours for a Support response. It may be a short or long wait depending on how many tickets are in their queue.
