[TI] US1 East Terribly Slow...

    It is taking way too long to launch the game and even longer to log into Refractions. When you do connect to refractions, you immediately lose connection. If you're lucky after five or six reconnection attempts, you might actually connect and stay connected long enough to finish a quest.

    Just now, I tried to kill a single mordon in lower x-4 and lost connection before the booty could materialize. No NPCs or others anywhere near.

    Don't know what you've changed; and don't even try to tell me I need to clear my cache and update Flash. Funny thing... While I was continually waiting to connect, I found a pretty cool smartphone game. I hate to say it, but I find myself wanting to play it instead of trying to get into DO.

    This is a lingering issue that affects many user at the moment. The issue has been reported and we are awaiting feedback from the development tech team regarding a resolution. We do not know of a fix date, but hope to get back with updates regarding this issue. While this thread concerns the disconnects from Refractions/UBA, if you happen to get stuck in those maps we ask that you please post here on the forums Stuck in UBA/refractions.
