  1. Recently I have had problems making purchases. filled out support form the first two times was told I would get an automated response both times and then an official response. Tried, to purchase premium time yesterday again got error message. support form came up, filled it out, got message at time that I had already filed a report. Well , have been awaiting the automated response, from the first and second error report for now more than two days. Let alone a response from "support" at least telling me something. I know that the office that used to be in California has been closed for quite some time in fact I had to inform my payment method, of this. They sent an e-mail to support on my behalf, still no response. Would someone at Bigpoint please wake them up from hibernation as it is time to go to work.
     
  2. You may want to wait for a response from your first ticket. Also, if you got the automated response, reply to it asking for help. Waiting for multiple answers on multiple tickets is just going to keep you frustrated. Support is bogged as is and if they reply to one problem, you will be frustrated when the other two tickets are not answered then. On that note, in order for the mods to try and help push it along, please insert your id number and server for the tickets you submitted.

    I have the same issue I cant log in into my account idk why but some people say im banned IDK why would i be banned I never botted in my life.
    I sent them an email since Tuesday and nothing yet.

    Can an admin help us out with this?
    Can you please contact support and let them know!?
     
  4. Support usually takes 2 or 3 days but I have had a ticket take a week. Locked out of your account, I think they would get to you soon. As I told the OP, put in id number and server so mods who they are sending it for.

    Anyone having an issue for support should always put in the id number and server number. Also write them down some place so if you can not get in at all like DubStep, you have something to use. I made a spreadsheet for mine.

    8 ID's, 1 for each of the 8 servers, including the test server, I play on.

    Hi -dino-dave-,

    Can i ask whether you sent a support ticket to general support or to payment support. I would imagine a payment issue may take longer to process than a general issue. I am unaware of the process when using payment support, however you will receive an automated response if you contact the general support.

    However if you have yet to receive a response, you could try contacting the general Bigpoint support to assist you;

    I do believe that support recently changed some of they internal systems, and with the latest 3D update, various server and chat problems, i do imagine that they are currently very busy at the moment. Therefore please be patient and hopefully you shall receive a reply once the gears get moving once again.

  6. I used payment support where I got the error message. The big problem is I cannot make any purchases, as I keep getting an error message. You would think they would be mildly concerned about making money. As it is, I do not want to keep trying to make purchases and then have the error mysteriously correct itself and sink me, into unwanted debt. I have been told not to keep contacting support about the same issue. So, I am trying my best to maintain my calm.

    also keep in mind that you how much you paid and deduct it from your account( in your head or write it down) overdrafts are a banksters best friend
