[TI] What is wrong with skylab

What is the issue with skylab? For the past month my skylab has been working and then not working and then working and so on! There is nothing wrong with any of my modules at all but for some reason my skylab simply stops producing prom or Sep.
I went to bed last night expecting my prom to be full this morning but it has not produced any at all and is on the same amount it was last night!

 

I have the same problem too i wake up seeing both sep and prom refinery not working i have to turn my sep refinery off so it can start working making prom.

 

Sounds like clearing the cache might be a good place to start if you haven't done that in a while, if that doesn't work i would contact support at least they can have a look in your account for you and see what is going on there.

 

Hello @DEXTER-MORGAN , Sorry to hear your having issues with your skylab.

Here are a few things you can try:

- Have you made sure the collectors / refineries are powered on?
- Does your solar module have enough energy to power your collectors and refineries?
- Is your seprom refinery a higher level than your promerium refinery and pulling to much promerium?

If none of the above are helping, please respond back with your userid and server so we can investigate further.
