[TI] why was i not able to use pay pal

    i cancelled my doubler subscription before the next period was due then when i went to buy premium with my pay pal account like i have been doing for 10years now is says i owe a payment and my account was blocked i only cancelled the weekly doubler it was big point that tried to get money after i had already cancelled not my fault your system tried to collect after it had been cancelled i gave the cancellation in plenty of time i will not pay with any dumb card i have to go out to buy i think support is full of crap if they block me for cancelling a doubler when i had the right to do it i never got any thing for free or got extra time for nothing its big points fault for trying to hit my account after i cancelled it i dont owe you any thing i think you should un block my account so i can get my premium back or i will just quit playing i have spent literally hundreds of dollars on stuff from you so dont block me for a 2 dollar a week subscription when in all fairness i had the right to cancel the doubler before the next due date is this how big point treats its loyal customers by blocking accounts if you dont buy stuff every week ?
     
  2. I am sorry to say that you are going to have to deal with support on this as there is nothing we can do on the forums for this. If you used PayPal previously and they processed a payment without your authorization and PayPal canceled the transaction it may be PayPal causing the issue. I myself prefer to use Prepaid Gift cards as these do not allow for automatic renewal, do not charge for foreign exchange rates, and are readily available anytime I do my shopping, it also allows me to budget how much D O is going to get from me for the month.

    When contacting them send a copy of the email notification that the Subscription was canceled along with the information of the transaction they say you currently owe. As this is a multi layer transaction you may find it is just one hand not communicating with the other and you have got all upset for nothing.
     
  3. Apparently you had not made the cut off for cancelling the weekly doubler or they would not had blocked your account. You need to get in contact with them and find out what is needed to do. For the record, this thread will be closed when a mod looks at it as they do not deal with finance support issues. If you have been using paypal to take care of transactions on here then this is old hat for you and I am sure you will figure out a solution.

    thanks for the info the problem is their is such a limited way to contact support their is no way to actually put a message to them its all just pick a line and no way to explain what the problem is i dont get upset just wondered why it was blocked and when i cancelled the order i still had a week left on the doubler so i know i was on time b/p is famous for screwing up peoples accounts you can close the thread its really no big deal i just wont spend any more of my money here in fact this is what my pay pal showes actually a refund of money taken not owed

  6. You may want to remove your link as it goes to the login page for PayPal not an image. Might make a ticket to regular support and see if they can assist with this issue, as you say it is all drop down selection or actual transaction information they are looking for with the Payment Support.

    Thank you both for assisting the user with their concern. There are many things we can do, but payment issues are something that we cannot. I'm afraid you would need to contact Payment Support for advice and assistance. Sadly there isn't a lot we can help with when it comes to payment issues.

    Please keep in mind Payment issues may take longer to process than a general issue. I am unaware of the process when using payment support, however you will receive an automated response if you contact the general Support.
