[TI] Won auction but no item

Hi,

I won Sapphire Goliath design, but I haven't found it i Hangar/Inventory. Any ideas?

 

Sapphire requires the regular Goliath before you can use it, it is just one of the designs for that:



So if you don't have the standard Goliath, you will need to get that first. Alternatively if you are just trying to get your first Goliath, go for the Enforcer or Bastion in trade, they don't require the standard Goliath.

If it's a case of you already having the standard Goliath but for some reason the Sapphire isn't showing in the design list then its probably a bug with trade, it's not unheard of before.
It's up to you really if you want to go through support to get the credits back, will probably take a couple days, or just wait another hour and bid like 10,000 credits to get it again for cheap.

 

Last nite was Time change nite and it always causes problems with the Auction also so if you were bidding on the Daily items it may or may not have posted correctly be patient and Support will correct the issue in this case. But the hourly designs and ships are cheap enough like Okapi32 said just rebid for them, I collected them for 10K regularly before the Hangar Update took them out of the Auction if you own them and prevent us from selling extra ships.

If you are confident that you did have the winning bid with your credits deducted and you still don't have the design we ask that you please reply back or edit your post to include your UserID and Server if you have not Contacted Support already.
