[TI] Wont let me bid anymore

    Every time i try to bid it says that I'm a bot and i click the box and it says it failed to verify me

    there was a small issue a few days ago witch was sorted over on gb1 i dont no about other servers but yes trade thought everyone was a bot so if this is still an issue you may need to report to bigpoint

    Tried bidding today and I'm having this same issue. I tried bidding 10,000 credits on an unwanted item and it prompts me to enter a captcha code but the only option I'm given is to select a box saying "I'm not a robot" and so I do but when I click "send" it tells me "Unfortunately you failed the security check!". What gives? Is there a way to take off the whole captcha thing entirely? I've never used a bot and have no idea how to.

    Hello !BOUNTYHUNTER!,

    Have you tried using a different browser?

    Could you all provide a screen shot of this issue? It has come up many times now that in order for me to create an appropriate report we have to be specific with details and preferably an image. The tech team has told us the captcha issues had been resolved twice. We believe them to be true, if not please help us so we can report this issue.

    The captcha pop up is there for your protection, why it fails we don't know and have not experienced this issue.
