[UI] Newbie Chat needs fixing

New players up to level 5 only have access to a Newbie Chat. Because of this, a) they cannot go into the global or Company chat and ask for help and b) older players cannot communicate with the Newbie and offer help and/or hints on how to play.

Dark Orbit is effectively isolating these new players. Yes, they can talk to other newbies, but it is hard for newbies to help others what with their low damage.
I also see in the forum when a player asks how to join a clan, the response is for the player to ask in the chat. The Newbie chat is not the ideal place for this.

I suggest that newbies have access to the Newbie Chat along with the other chats.

Just clearing a point out. The reason users can't use chat before reaching level 5 was to combat chat trolls who would make alternate accounts. Not isolating new players.

 

I do not understand what the issue is as I was level 6 after completing the intro quests/gate with the assistant telling you what to do. The only reason you need chat this early is when you get to the quest to join a clan, assuming you have the application fee to do so. When I created this account I was level 10 in one day.
