August Sync

Because of the latest problems, we couldn’t do our regular sync last Wednesday. We will do it tomorrow instead.

We will have a sync tomorrow at 10 am CEST to do some background work.

Our sync has been completed. We did some background work and some updates.

Here are the changes:

• Bug: Behaviour of Strokelight Barrage has been adapted so that it cannot be left in radiation zone anymore – FIXED
• Bug: Unnecessary portal function in pirate maps has been removed – FIXED

 

Hello Space Pilots,

We just did a web sync to fix the DOSORRY voucher. The voucher can be redeemed successfully now.

The system will automatically book the DOSORRY items to players who previously encountered an error when redeeming the voucher.

• Bug: ACM-01 received from GG generator are not being credited to the account – FIXED
• Event preparations for Empyrian march

The Empyrian March event starts today at 12 noon CEST.


Compensation scripts

We’re currently running scripts like we promised in our announcement from Thursday 27th July:

Of course we know that a lot of you spent their money for premium, for subscriptions and for real-time boosters which they couldn’t use properly during the downtime. We are preparing a compensation script for all players who are concerned so that you are getting back what you lost.

We will compensate the following for the problems due to DDoS attacks that occurred on July 10, July 11, July 21-23 (only US servers), and July 24-26 (all servers):

• Premium
• Real-time boosters
• Shop Discount

We also ran a script to fix the bugged ACM-1 mine to the correct ACM-1 mine for all players. When you login, the inventory should reflect the correct ACM-01 mine.

Here are the changes:

• Bug: Player protection disappears when Hitac spawns – FIXED
• Bug: Wrong description for Orcus ability – FIXED
• Bug: Missing translations for Clan Battle stations - FIXED
• Event preparations for Hitac Assault

The Hitac Assault event will be scheduled right after the sync is done and will start shortly after.

• Bug: Pursuit of Prestige ranking doesn’t work correctly – FIXED
• Improvement: Drone repair CPU 1 and 2 have been removed from the shop because they aren’t necessary anymore

Our sync has been completed. We did some background work and fixed some bugs.

Here are the changes:

• Bug: Missing spinelus image in enemy locator – FIXED
• Bug: Borealis Berserker drone design name doesn’t mention that it’s a design – FIXED
• Improvement: Small Update for Temporary Titles

Problem: Players stay on areas where they cannot be attacked to keep their title

We did a small update for temporary titles to avoid that players stay on areas where they cannot be attacked to keep their titles:

• Upon obtaining a temporary title, the player is first given a grace period of 48 hours to keep the title
  • During this period, you need to login at least once every 48 h
  • The 48 h period starts at the moment you obtain the title

• In the next 48 h, there will be a daily condition that kicks in:
  • You need to complete at least 8 daily quests within the 48 h interval in order to continue keeping your title
  • At the end of the 48 h, if you completed at least 8 daily quests, the next 48 h interval repeats and you need to do the 8 daily quests again

• There will be a server message when the title switches hands
